சாம்சங் அபராதம்: 30 வண்டியில் காசுகள் (நம்பாதீங்க!)

இணையத்தில் தொழில்நுட்ப செய்திகளை வாசித்து வருபவர்களுக்கு ஆப்பிள் (Apple), சாம்சங் (Samsung) நிறுவனங்களுக்கிடையே நடந்து வரும் “பேடன்ட் யுத்தம் (Patent War)” பற்றி தெரிந்திருக்கும். அதில் சமீபத்தில் ஆப்பிள் சாதனங்களை காப்பியடித்ததற்காக ஒரு பில்லியன் அமெரிக்க டாலர் (இந்திய மதிப்பு 5800 கோடி ரூபாய்) அபராதம் சாம்சங் நிறுவனத்துக்கு விதிக்கப்பட்டது.

 இது தொடர்பாக இணையத்தில் பரபரப்பாக ஒரு வதந்தி பரவிவருகிறது. அது,

சாம்சங் நிறுவனம் ஆப்பிளுக்கு கட்ட வேண்டிய ஒரு பில்லியன் அமெரிக்க டாலரை ஐம்பது சென்ட் காசுகளாக (நம்மூர் ஐம்பது பைசா போன்று) முப்பது வண்டிகளில் (Trucks) அனுப்பியுள்ளது. அபராதம் விதித்த நீதிமன்றம் “அதை எப்படி செலுத்த வேண்டும்” என்றெல்லாம் சொல்லவில்லை என்பதால் சாம்சங் இப்படி செய்துள்ளது. இதனால் ஆப்பிள் நிறுவனத்தினர் அதிர்ச்சி அடைந்துள்ளனர்.

இது உண்மையல்ல, வதந்தி ஆகும். மேலும், சாம்சங் நிறுவனத்துக்கு விதிக்கப்பட்ட அபராதம் இறுதியானது இல்லை. இந்த வழக்கின் அடுத்த விசாரணை வரும் டிசம்பர் மாதம் நடைபெறுகிறது. அப்போது இந்த அபராதம் மூன்று மடங்காகவும் அதிகரிக்க வாய்ப்புள்ளதாக சொல்லப்படுகிறது.

உண்மையில் சாம்சங் இப்படி அனுப்பினால் அதை நிராகரிப்பதற்கு அமெரிக்க சட்டத்தின்படி ஆப்பிளுக்கு உரிமை உள்ளது.

இந்த வதந்தி முதலில் El Deforma என்னும் தளத்தில் வந்தது. இதனை யாஹூ தளம் வெளியிட்டதால் இணையத்தில் வேகமாக பரவியது.

    I have a few questions on this blog regarding adsense for you.

    1) Is it legal according to google TOS to use adsense in Tamil blog?
    (I know it is against TOS).
    You are using adsense in this blog. What is your opinion?

    2) I have seen many tamil blogs having adsense.
    Do you know any tamil blogger who has successfully used adsense in tamil blog and crossed the minimum threshold payment of $100 and got paid by google?
    I am sure none got paid so far.
    (This implies ===> "why do you take this risk?" )

    3) How did you get adsense account approved?
    I dont think they approve adsense to tamil blogs.

    4) I have seen sumazla's adsense account banned.
    I have told that it is illegal to thagampalani.
    I came here to ask what is your opinion and you are running adsense here. LOL.

    If somebody can clear my doubts and point to a resource that says it is ok to use adsense to tamil blogs, I can save myself some time by not reporting websites to google unnecessarily.

  14. நன்றி நண்பரே! பதிவெழுதும் போது எனக்கும் அவர் ஞாபகம் வந்தது. அதனால் இந்த தலைப்பு. கீழே தலைப்பு உபயம் என்று அவர் தளத்தை குறிப்பிட்டுள்ளேன்.

    3) They (or We) got approved for english blogs and using on tamil blogs.

    now i removed adsense from this blog now. 😀 😀 😀

    some unknown resoure saying that google wont ban the adsense account which is used on unsupported language blog unless it has good traffic and content. but i'm not sure about this.

    i am trying to contact adsense team to avail adsense for tamil language for many months, but i cant. even i contacted one googler who was on G|India events. She said she will introduce somme adsense googler to me, but still didnt.

    I really appreciate that you removed adsense. I know you used it here half-heartedly and removed it at the hint by an anonymous.
    It was not really worth taking the risk. So, some good job done here.

    Possible. Google is partial when it comes to implementing their own rules.

    I am doubtful you can get it availed, until google includes Tamil to their list of supported languages.

    ah, I was in google G|India also (1st day meet)
    On one of the adsense sessions in the evening, he (I think he is RajKanna or something sounding similar) asked me to mail him to see if he can help me. The question was regarding cutting off of a sizable amount of dollars during finalised earnings. I never did, as I was never sure he could really help.
    I could see that a lot of theory was discussed there, with limitations to disclose as little as possible. They could not disclose many things openly. For example, I was asking him prerequisites of premium publisher. RajKanna decided to act innocent and reacted as though he knew nothing about it. It was then I decided not to ask any more questions.
